I went there once and they did everything nicely, but when I wanted to come again, they were closed so I found a different nail salon. The following day, I broke my nail. In half. So I quickly drove over to Ongles Lyly to get it fixed at 5:40, knowing they closed at 6 PM. I told them it was but the one nail I needed to get done quickly, but they still didn’t let me and told me they were closed, even though I could clearly see they weren’t. One nail would not have taken 20 minutes.

Very dissapointed in the lack of respect for their customers valueable time. I called in advance to see if they had time to take me in 20 minutes. They said Yes come in. I mentioned that I only had an hour they said no problem I would be served right away. When I arrived there were 6 other people waiting for their turn. Go figure. At least an hour wait! I spoke to a couple of other clients. They were all told the same thing that there was no waiting time. They would be taken immediately. Like me, they were very frustrated with this lie. In the end, I had to leave as I had to return to work. This shows that they care very little for their customers. All they care about is money. Very inconsiderate. My advise it to stay away. There is a nice place in the Carrefour du Nord. I called them after and they told me there was a 40 minutes wait. At least they were honest.
